There are no common German feminine names that begin with Q.

None of the 1,000 most popular German surnames start with Q. These examples are more uncommon last names that I found in Wikipedia’s list of German-language surnames.
Why Are There So Few German Names Beginning with Q
German names beginning with Q are extremely uncommon. The letter itself appears rarely in the German language and almost never at the start of native words. Traditional Germanic name roots simply didn’t use qu– sounds, which entered the language mostly through Latin and French loanwords.
The few Q-names that exist (like Quirin or Quintus) sound unusual or foreign to most German speakers, keeping the letter Q one of the rarest in German given names.
